Fuel the Fun

1. Eligibility

● Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.

● Tickets may only be sold to individuals residing in Ontario, Canada.

● Members of the OFTR and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draws:

● Residents outside of Ontario

● Anyone under the age of 18

● Or any other restricted members such as the organizations board members and/or staff

2. Ticket Purchase

● Tickets are priced at $10 each, 5 tickets for $50 or a bundle of 10 tickets for $90.

● Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Raffle Nexus

● The lottery will occur in the Province of Ontario.Ticket sales will start on November 1, 2025, ticket sales end February 19, 2026.

3. Draw Process

● The draw will be done at 246372 Hockley Road, Mono, ON L9W 6K4 and the winning number will be updated on the lottery landing page and on the OFTR’s Website/Social Media.

● The draw will be conducted online. Draw will take place: February 20, 20256.

● A random draw will be conducted using an electronic randomizer.

● The winning ticket number will be announced live and posted on the OFTR website and social media channels.

4. Prize

● The total prize pool will be 50% of the total funds collected from ticket sales.

● The remaining 50% will go to support the OFTR’s initiatives, including trail maintenance, and education.

● The winner will receive their prize via cheque or bank draft within 30 days of the draw.

5. Claiming the Prize

● The winner must claim their prize within 6 months of the draw date.

● To claim the prize, the winner may claim their prize by contacting the Ontario Federation of Trail Riders at 1-855-637-638.

● Winners will be paid by cheque. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies.

● The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.

● Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50 percent of the total sales for that draw (or other prize type details). If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

● In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority. with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

6. Responsibility

● The OFTR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

● All decisions made by the OFTR regarding the draw are final.

7. Legal Compliance

● The draw will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in Ontario, Canada.

● Any disputes arising from the 50/50 draw will be governed by the laws of Ontario.

8. Privacy

● The OFTR will use personal information collected from participants for the purpose of administering the draw only.

● Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments

● The OFTR reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the OFTR website and at the event. The above set of rules will be posted on the lottery website.
